Biography:

Dr. Yang is a Professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering at Zhejiang University. He received his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Hangzhou University, Hangzhou, China, his M.S. in Solid Mechanics from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an , China and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from ZhejiangUniversity, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include mechatronics,intelligent detection and signal processing, ultrasonic nondestructive testing and evaluation , ultrasonic radiation force theory and application, micro electromechanical systems (MEMS) , etc. In the past 10 years, he has supported by National Science Foundation of China, National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program), Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, and etc. Dr.Yang has got provincial level technology progress for four times. He has 9 China patents and over 60 publications, including over 50 journal papers.
